Students are expected to demonstrate an increasing self-discipline with age and to exercise the freedom given to them with responsibility. They should treat all members of the staff and all adults with respect and politeness. They should show gentleness and courtesy to their companions. Refinement of manners, uprightness and self-restraint should be characteristic of every student of the school. Good manners and polite behaviour are part of education.
When the bell is rung, students must go into their respective classrooms in silence. Talking in the corridors is restricted. The classroom must be neat and tidy and looked after by the class monitor. Silence is to strictly observed during class hours and during the change of teacher or while going from one class to another. During the absence of a teacher, students must obey the monitor of the class. Those who have been absent and those who come late, must show the teacher their Regularity Record to be signed by the class teacher.
No outsiders are allowed to visit the classrooms or the teachers without proper permission. Any other activities that do not pertain directly to the actual teaching of the school programme can only be allowed with the explicit permission of the Principal.
Pupils are responsible for the safety custody of their books and belongings which must be marked clearly with their names. The school does not accept responsibility for the loss of any belongings of pupils.
Any damage to the property must be remedied at the cost of the person responsible for the damage.
Students are forbidden to bring electronic gadgets and jewellery. No books periodicals or magazines of any kind other than school and library books may be brought to the school. Forbidden articles will be confiscated if found and student shall be barred from entering the classroom.
Students will be detained from entering the classroom if found putting nails polish, lipstick or decoration on the palms with mahendi.
Any complaint or suggestion regarding pedagogy, curriculum, teachers etc. should be made to the Principal in writing, verbal complains will not be entertained.
